A: There is no set up fee, the only fee is a $25/mo fee, you will receive an emailed invoice the first day of the month after you sign up. Payments should be set up as automated recurring payments.

A: Yes, you can add photos, images and PDF documents to posts or pages using the add media buttons, media must be smaller that 1.5 Meg. You have up to 10 megs of space in your media library.
Q: Can I add my own pages, in addition to the defualt pages?
A: Yes, you can add your own pages and as many posts as you like, just be aware that if you have too many pages it may cause the menu to overrun the space provided.
Q: I’d like some advanced functionality like calender events, will the system support that?
A: Yes, absolutely! The system is curently designed to be simple and has many additional features “hidden” so as to be a simple way to get a councils site up and running quickly without a large learning curve.
Q: Are there more theme options available.
A: Right now we’ve chosen to start with two themes, but an unlimited number of themes can be designed and used. More themes may be added later.
Q: How often can I change the theme?
A: As often as you like, there is no charge to change a theme, simply activate the theme you like in your control panel under appearance. (If you don’t see the new theme, be sure to refresh your site.)
Q: I own my own web address: MyDomain.com can I use that to point to my new site?
A: Absolutely, thats what it was designed to do.

A: If you have your own web address, email addresses can be set up for you, just submit a ticket. Email addresses will be set up for you and you will have access to the web portal. Email can be integrated with your phone or computers email program but help with integration is outside the scope of technical support, you will be provided all the information you need to set up your email however you like.
